“I have never used a parking service before as I had always gotten a ride to and from the airport before so I was a bit nervous and skeptical of how this experience would be. I was also traveling with my fiance and 2 year old daughter and having much more luggage than usual. The parking location is off a side road and very easy to find. Once you get through the gate, there was a shuttle waiting and the kind gentleman told us what aisle to park. We went and found a spot and the shuttle was right behind us. Them man came out and grabbed all our luggage and brought us directly to our gate. We were quite earlier as I was expecting there to be a delay, but it was instant service and very comforting. The way back was the same type of service. After I got my luggage, I called the number they gave me and they sent a driver right over. I wasn’t exactly sure where the bus would be, but once I saw it and put my hand up the same kind gentleman pulled over, got out and grabbed our luggage. He brought us directly to our car and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend and use this service again.”

“This was our first time using NLP and the experience was great. The process was quick and efficient. The shuttle bus was waiting as we pulled into the lot and were told which row to park in. The shuttle driver followed us over and quickly loaded out bags. He was friendly and courteous, and had us at our terminal in under five minute. Upon return to Newark Airport we picked up our bags and followed the simple direction to the pick up location, at which time I called NLP for pick up. The shuttle driver arrived within five minutes and loaded up our bags. Again, back to the car in under five minutes with friendly service. The cost was excellent as I prepaid the the parking for the week. The lot is new and appears very secure. This was a five star experience and I would use this service again.”

Recently I had a discrepancy between the amount I payed in advance through the online reservation system with, and the actual amount I was charged at Newark Liberty Parking at Newark Airport.  The attendant at the booth did nothing wrong; and the difference was insignificant.  However, to account for my expenses accurately for my company, I tried to resolve the difference.

“This morning, Sat., Feb. 22nd, arriving after 1 am due to delays in our flight we arrived at our car only to find the battery was dead. We attempted to contact AAA and could not get anyone on the phone. I went to the booth and asked Susie if she could help us contact someone who could assist us. She sent Mike over. He had jumper cables. It took him some effort due to the cold, but he persevered without any complaints. He was polite and was clearly capable. He got our car going. We were so very grateful. He began to walk away and we had to call him back to give him a tip. I want to compliment both Susie and Mike. They were helpful, kind and seemed genuinely concerned that we get our car going. You have two GREAT employees in Susie and Mike. We VERY much appreciate the services we received at Liberty parking. We will see you again, next time we travel. “Thought I would tell you about another good experience at your parking lot. My flight arrived from Florida at 10:00 Sunday night. My car was plowed in and covered with snow. There were people on the bus that needed to be dropped off. The driver said he would send help. I was attempting to clear the snow but it was heavy and I didn’t have proper gloves. On top of that I was sick with a fever, pretty much felt like crying.

Within 5 minutes a gentleman in another bus arrived. He apologized for being late. (Can you imagine? How can an angel be late?) He had a shovel and said, ‘Don’t worry I will get you out.’ He dug out my car while I waited on his warm bus. He then backed it out and cleaned off all the snow. I am ashamed that I don’t know his name. He is about 6′ tall, dark complexion, a slight island accent. I believe he has children because I overheard a conversation about no school on Monday for the kids.

I tipped him and hugged him but I wanted you to know also. I hope you can figure out who helped me on Sunday night around 10:30. Please thank him again for me.”
